He was predeceased by : his father Bernard Bartikowsky; his significant other Anna Cervenak; and his siblings, Leonard Bartikowsky (Bart) and Jane Karnofsky (Bartikowsky). He is survived by : his sister-in-law Marilyn Bartikowsky; his nieces, Nancy Palumbo (Jeff) of Little Silver, NJ, Jill Bartikowsky of Houston, TX and Ellen Levithan (Scott) of Lansdale, PA; and also, Meg Cervenak Brown (Derek) and John Cervenak Jr. (Nancy). He is also survived by many cousins, extended family members, and friends.
