He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Watkins (Beneshunas) and G. Harold Watkins; and his sister Carol Healy. He is survived by: his wife Susan Watkins (Shepherd); and his brother Edmund Watkins (Myrtle Beach). He is also survived by sister Pamella Hobbs, FL; nieces & nephews.
