She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Lewkowicz and Nellie Lewkowicz (Wegrzynek); and her sibling Thomas Lewkowicz (Loretta). She is survived by: her siblings, Paula Laurenson Hiteshew (late C. Talbott Hiteshew), Robert Lewkowicz (Doreen) and Michael Lewkowicz (Lynn). She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
