We bid farewell to Marilyn Hope Bruschi of Fox Chapel, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 6, 2025 at the age of 84. Marilyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna (David Kirsch) and NJ. She is survived by: her husband Howard; her children, John, Martin, Zane and Jill Hunter (Eric); her grandchildren, Steven and Tatum; her brother Owen Kirsch (Carol); her brothers-in-law, Donald Bruschi (Maureen) and Francis Costenbader; and her sister Wendy Kirsch. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Marilyn and her family respectfully suggest memorial contributions to the Pittsburgh Opera and organizations dedicated to protecting our ecosystems such as the Audubon at Beechwood Farms, Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, and Western Pennsylvania Conservancy.
