She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Musolusky and Fannie Musolusky; her husband Garrett A. Collins; her grandson Ryan McGee; and her siblings, Helen, Agnes, Kitty, Thomas and Peter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann McGee (Tom) of Auburn and Debbie Lawson (Paul) of Frackville; her granddaughter Erin Mennig (Mike) of Minersville; her daughter Laura Young (CJ) of Frackville; her grandson Collin McGee of Wyomissing; and her great grandchildren, Lilly and Carson Young. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
