She is survived by: her parents, Duane Bainbridge and Betty Hackenberg; her children, Braeden Bainbridge, Keira Murphy and Nova Murphy; and her siblings, Dylan Hughes, Cody Hackenberg, Miranda Bainbridge, Jesalynne Bainbridge and Justeen Hackenberg. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers contributions for Katie's children be made to Duane Bainbridge at 121 W. Chestnut Street Frackville, PA 17931.
