She was predeceased by: her close friend Cody Murphy; and her grandparents, MamMam Bainbridge, Doris and Michael Hughes. She is survived by: her parents, Duane Bainbridge and Betty Hackenberg; her children, Braeden Bainbridge, Keira Murphy and Nova Murphy; and her siblings, Dylan Hughes, Cody Hackenberg, Miranda Bainbridge, Jesalynne Bainbridge and Justeen Hackenberg. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home (501 W Washington St, Frackville, PA 17931). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers contributions for Katie's children be made to Duane Bainbridge at 121 W. Chestnut Street Frackville, PA 17931.
