She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Butch" Simodejka and Catherine Simodejka (Pastue); and her husband Thomas M. Sullivan. She is survived by: her children, Thomas B. Sullivan (Melinda) of Myrtle Beach, Tara Campton (Tom) of Boiling Springs, Trisha Przyuski (John) of Center Valley, Tammy Murphy (Steve) of Dillsburg and Timothy M. Sullivan (Brandy) of Fountain Springs; her grandchildren, Ryan, Aaron, Evan, Mason, Grace, Jack, Declan, Liam, Rylee and Molly; and her siblings, Charlene Makara (Andrew) of Primrose and John Simodejka (Karen) of Harrisburg. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph the Worker Parish (49 N Line St, Frackville, PA 17931). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations/checks be made payable to the "Thomas M. Sullivan Scholarship" and sent to the funeral home at 501 W. Washington Street, Frackville, PA 17931.
