He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Bolinsky and Genevieve Szwabowicz Bolinsky; his brothers, Anthony Bolinsky and Leonard Bolinsky; and his grandson Jared Bolinsky.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene P. Bolinsky (James); his children, Frank Bolinsky (Allison), Nea Griffin (John "Lou"), Tonya Kovach (Jeff), Tara Steinhilber (Dave) and Vanessa Lindenmuth (Billy); his siblings, Patricia Vollenweider, Joseph Bolinsky and Richard Bolinsky; his grandchildren, Ryan, Derek, Emily, Matthew, Kaitlyn (David), Aaron, Nathan, Kevin, Tyler (Madeline), Rylee and Brady; his great grandchildren, Reagan and Luca; and his friend Jim Beckett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
