She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Bracey and Mary Bracey; and her husband Robert H. Phillips. She is survived by: her sons, Steven Phillips (Kim), Robert Phillips (Jane), Michael Phillips (Tania), William Phillips and David Phillips (Kayann); and her grandchildren, Stephen, Joseph, Amanda, Daniel, Andrew, Jacob, Mikaela, Alyssa, Breanna, Dylan and Kevin. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
