It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan E. (Herb) Palsgrove of Frackville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 20, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Herb and Dorothy Herb (Dillman); and her siblings, David, Raymond Herb and Carol Herb.
She is survived by: her husband Orval Palsgrove; her children, Robert Palsgrove (Marion) of Elkton, MD, David Palsgrove (Debra) of Barnesville and Elizabeth Love (Jeff) of Lavelle; her grandchildren, Matthew Palsgrove, Kevin Palsgrove, Ashley Fryer, Ryan Palsgrove, Jason Love and Jamie Love; and her great grandchildren, Elliott, Juliana, Owen and Rhett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
