He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Conroy and Margaret Conroy (Siney); his wife Catherine Ann Conroy; his grandson Emmanuel Mercado; and his sister Anna Mae Devitt.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Roseanna Fay Haley (Tommy), Linda Joesoef and Aswin Edward Joesoef; his grandchildren, Mario Mercado, Beatrice Mercado and Iain Berman; and his sisters, Joanne M. Campion, Mary Evelyn Trinkle and Peggy Jean Hess. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
