It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John McTiernan of Frackville, Pennsylvania, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on May 1, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Irene McTiernan (Reason) and John McTiernan; and his brothers, Michael and Kevin McTiernan. He is survived by : his children, Krissy (Paul Wonsock) of Barnesville, TracyAnne McTiernan of Staten Island, NY, Joseph of Frackville and Matthew of Orlando, FL; his sisters, Ann Sebastiano of Trout Run, PA and Denise Claudio of Jersey City, NJ.; his grandchildren, Juliana, Ryleigh, Kenna, Sabian, Monee' and Calvin; and his great grandchild Arya. He is also survived by Nieces, and Nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Richards Church (799 Barnesville Dr, Barnesville, PA 18214). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Family prefers donations to St. Richards Church or St. Vincent de Paul Society.
