She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Hereshko and Joyce Flannery Hereshko. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Mazur; her sons, Derek Flail (Anna), Stephen Nicholas Mazur and Alexander Andrew Mazur; her sisters-in-law, Stephanie Leiby and Evelyn Mazur; and her niece Amanda Leiby. She is also survived by cousins and numerous close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made, in Karyn's name, to St. Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Church at 243 S. Middle Street Frackville, PA 17931.
