He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" O'Boyle and Mildred O'Boyle (Schipits); and his brother Edward O'Boyle. He is survived by: his children, Wendi Magro (Vinnie) and P. J. O'Boyle (Maria); his siblings, John O'Boyle (Barbara), Theresa Sweador, Mary Swartz and Anne Marie O'Boyle; his grandchildren, Pat O'Boyle, Krista O'Boyle, Jordan Marconi (Chris), Ashlee Wilcox and Breanna Inabinet; his stepgrandchildren, Madelyn Rose Carvajal, J. J. Carvajal and Eli Mohl; his great grandchildren, Aurora, Adeline, Carson, Mason and Miles; his close friend Margaret Bettinger; and his friend Doug Naftzinger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home (501 W Washington St, Frackville, PA 17931). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph the Worker Parish (49 N Line St, Frackville, PA 17931). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made, in Pat's name, to St. Joseph the Worker Parish at 7 S. Broad Mountain Ave., Frackville, PA 17931.
