Robert J. Gownley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J. Gownley of Frackville, Pennsylvania, born in Ashland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 22, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Gownley and Joan Collins Gownley; his siblings, Terrance, Charles Gownley and JoAnn Gownley; and his stepfather Jerry O'Conner.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mary Mellon Gownley; his daughters, Colleen (Viet Hoang) of West Deptford, NJ and Ann Margaret (Jason Hutira); his grandchildren, Lily, Cameron Hoang and Jack Hutira; and his sisters, Mary Fran Zack of Mahanoy Plane and Cathy Hannon of Mahanoy Plane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
