She was predeceased by: her father Robert Cubitt. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Conner Cubitt; her son Christopher Cubitt (Sarah); her grandchildren, Brady, Luke and Jesse Cubitt; her children, Blake Perry, Octavia, Sylas Hager and Lacey Cubitt (Frank Machokas); her grandchildren, Cori (Ike Boehme), Aden Machokas and Kyleighna Alsbaugh; her great grandchildren, Russell, Knox and Reya Boehme; her siblings, Tammy Cubitt-Latchaw (Doug), Duaine Cubitt (Deb) and David Cubitt; her aunt Dixie Hanes Nelson (Adam); and her close friends, Sam, Lynn Perry Sharp and Karen Vandervort. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
