She was predeceased by: her parents, William Karns and Helen Vogus Karns. She is survived by: her spouse Dallas H. Smith; her children, Ronda Smith of Cooperstown, Dallas Smith Jr. (Scott) of Georgia and Shane Smith (Amy) of Erie; her grandchildren, Logan, Ryan and Megan; and her siblings, Robert Karns of Cherrytree, Bill Karns (Elaine) of Cherrytree and Donna McClintock (Charles) of Cherrytree.
