She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Turkovich and Ida Turkovich (Murray). She is survived by: her husband Edward Mertz; her children, Jennie Moore (Harry) and Bill Moses (Jen); her stepsons, Steve (Colleen) and Greg Mertz (Lisa); and her sister Kathleen Derringer (late Phil). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society or Good Samaritan Hospice.
