He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Baker and Amy Baker (Kelly); his wife Phyllis Scott; his daughter Debra Moore; his granddaughter Jackie Johnson; and his brothers, Clifford, Louis, Clyde and Harold.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Curt Johnson (Amy) of Kane and Chad Boye (Sara) of Oil City; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Johnson, Maggie Johnson, Macie Johnson, Adison Johnson, Alanea Boye and Jaxon Boye; and his sister Ann Burkett (John) of Franklin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Ed's memory to the Sugar Lake United Methodist Church, 6680 Sugar Lake Road, Cochranton, PA 16314.
