He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Bryan and Bernice Finch Baughman; his wife Carolyn Ann Gilmore; his son Bryan Lee Baughman; and his sisters, Twila Wolford and Maxine Hutchison.
He is survived by: his daughter Julie Reinsel (Daniel) of Franklin; his grandson Johnathan Reinsel of Franklin; and his sister Carol Neville of Zainesville, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Oak Hill Church of Franklin, 10 Adams Street, Franklin, PA 16323. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Charles "Chuck" Baughman 's name.
