He is survived by: his mother Linda McElhaney Baker Perrine; his daughters, Lisa Hoover Rader (Aaron) of Daytona Beach, FL and Brittany Baker Oehlsen (Matt) of Stamford, CT; his grandchildren, Madison Bowen (Dallas) of Daytona Beach, FL, Baylei Rader of Daytona Beach, FL and Kendra Rader of Daytona Beach, FL; his great grandchild Eleanora Bowen; his brother Dan Baker (Pam) of Victora, TX; and his sister-in-law Pam McVay.
