It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dallas Ray Hoover of Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 15, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hoover and Marilyn Felmlee Hoover; and his siblings, Donald Hoover, Dolly Hoover, Dave Hoover and Deanna Hoover.
He is survived by: his sisters, Debra Sue Hoover Poston of Franklin, Deidre McGinnis of Rocky Grove and Donna Shook of Rocky Grove. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home on behalf of the family to assist with funeral expenses.
