He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Gallagher and Sarah Gallagher of Cooperstown; his son Danny Lee; and his brother Brian. He is survived by: his grandsons, Brodi and Aiden; his children, Billy Gallagher (Marci) of Grand Canyon, Deana Wehrle (Joshua) of Franklin and John Gallagher (Leslie Armer) of Meadville; his grandchildren, Liam, Aidan, Sophie and Jaden; his pet Pete; and his siblings, Debbie Eakin (Richard), Cindy Schreck (Larry), Mike Gallagher (Shannon) and Tim Gallagher.
Donations may be made to the Venango County 4-H Horse Department at 867 Mercer Road Franklin, PA in lieu of flowers.
