He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirl Kapp and Rose Licht-Swonger; and his brother Sonny Kapp. He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Bacher; his children, Karie Lopata (Greg) of Polk, Jim Kapp (Julie) of Franklin and Tracie Rutherford of Franklin; his grandchildren, Taylor Crow, Caleb Stanish, Madison Rutherford, Jenna Lopata, Jake Lopata, Ryan Lopata and Jayden Kapp; his great grandchild Brantley Bish; and his siblings, Terry Kapp, Jack Kapp of Pine City, Joy Rapp (Larry) of Pine City and Marcy Simpson (Will) of Shippenville.
