She is survived by : her children, Amy Hosack of Punxsutawney, Gary Spence of Texas and Russell Spence of Texas; her stepsons, John Kachik of Franklin, Joe Kachik of Franklin, Matt Kachik of Franklin and Daniel Kachik (Jennifer) of Franklin; her sister Connie Westfall (Bill) of Franklin; her stepsister Sherry Vogan (Dan) of Oil City; and her stepmother Nancy Hosack of Oil City.
