We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2023, at the age of 82, Dona McCandless of Franklin, Pennsylvania, born in Johnsonburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Feronti and Dona Feronti (Keller); her husband William C. McCandless; her son Ronald E. McCandless; her granddaughter Kyleigh McCandless; and her siblings, Chuck Feronti, Jimmy Feronti, Donald Feronti, Bud Feronti, Gene Feronti, James Feronti, Lavonne McLaughlin and Louise Feronti.
She is survived by: her children, Linda M. Whiting (Joseph) of New Castle, William'Bump'J. McCandless (Valarie) of New Castle, Patricia A. Staph (Mark) of New Castle and Jacquelyn R. McCandless (Donald DePalma) of Conway, PA; and her siblings, Sam Feronti, Noel Feronti, Richard Feronti, Thomas Feronti, Nicolina Stahli and Charlene Leidwinger. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren.
