He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley Robinson. He is survived by: his children, Tina Exley (Jason), Donnie Harbaugh and Jeffrey Harbaugh (Jenny); and his close friend Jeannie D.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
