It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Wayne Rowland of Franklin, Pennsylvania, born in Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 12, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Odell Rowland and Alice Faye Rowland (Ballenger); and his brother Michael Rowland. He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Raulston-Rowland; his children, Kayla Rowland Naypauer (Eric), Cody "Dobby" Rowland (Chelsea) and Sarah Rowland; his grandchildren, Lilliana Connell and Cambria Naypauer; his siblings, Cheryl Rowland Weston (Dug) and Richard Rowland (Jamie); and his siblings' children, Cassandra Liuzzo, Stefano Weston, Christopher Rowland, Gregory Rowland, Maggie Rowland of James, Carlee Filges, Alison Boltz and Tyler Hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his honor to support his daughter Sarah's education fund. Donations can be made directly to the family.
