She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Thomas Shuffstall and Vera Rose Burkhardt; her husband Leonard; her daughter Anne Marie; and her siblings, Cliff, Allen, Dearald, Wallace, Pearl Elizabeth and Iva Mae.
She is survived by: her pets, Ellsey, Tilly and Bella; her children, Linda Wile of Cochranton, Leonard Burk Jr. (Becky) of Cochranton, Lynea Carson (Kevin) of Tennessee and Lorretta Schrecengost (David) of Cochranton; her grandchildren, Leigh Martin (Joe) of Tennessee, Cody Carson (Ashley) of Cochranton, Tyler Schrecengost (Tara) of Cochranton, Jesse Carson (Jessica) of Tennessee and Derek Schrecengost of Brighton; her stepgrandsons, Peter Dilley and Michael Dilley; and her siblings, Glenn, Rosalind (Fae) and Dorris. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Donna's memory to the Yolanda G Barco Oncology Center at 16792 Conneaut Lake Road, Meadville PA 16335.
