He was predeceased by: his mother Dixie Clark (Wolfe); his grandparents, Wayne H. Clark Sr., June Clark and Mary Wolfe; and his friend Nick Deal.
He is survived by: his father Wayne H. Clark Jr.; his fiancée April Colwell; his children, Kristi Couch (Tyler Slagle) of Oil City, Misti Ali (James Cook) of Oil City, Tiffani Krupitzer (Kyle) of Oil City, Duane Clark Jr. of Germany, Nicholas Clark (MyKenna) of Jacksonville, NC, Brittani Romero of Thomasville, NC, James Shoffstall of Oil City, Jamie Lintz of Franklin and Ashley Perry Cale (Jeffery) of Dravosburg; his grandchildren, Amina Ali, Kaiya Schleifer, Tariq Ali, Emberli Couch, Will Krupitzer, Hudson Clark, Amaryllis Shoffstall, Alexander "Boogie" Lintz, Willow Lintz, Elizabeth Shoffstall, Theodore Shoffstall, Cialeigh Romero and Lylah Romero; and his siblings, Brenda O'Neil (Bill) of Polk and Curtis Clark Sr. (Kristie) of Franklin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
