He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hoover; his son Travis Cox (Mandy); his sister Marsha Smith (Ronnie) of San Angelo, TX; his siblings-in-law, Terri Hoover of Franklin and Tom Hoover (Lisa) of Harrisville; and his adoptive son Steve Bremmerkamp.
