He was predeceased by: his parents, George T. Chupa and Dorothy Chupa (Knittle); and his son George M. Chupa. He is survived by: his wife Patricia I. Chupa (Polakovics); his children, Nicole A. (Eric Hinkle) of Northampton and Anthony (Ali Chupa) of Bangor; and his sister Denise (Louis Robles) of Summit Hill.
