He was predeceased by: his parents, George Martin and Betty Martin; his brother Dennis Martin (Shirley); his son Thomas Dolby, Jr.; and his grandson Tanner Jason Tobac.
He is survived by: his wife Dolly Martin; his children, Tammy Tobac, Tracy Pritchard and Marci Burkhart (Phil); his grandchildren, Justin Dolby (Kelly), Cody Echtler, Zane Tobac (Kelly), Shane Tobac (Marissa), Brett Burkhart (Jess) and Paige Burkhart Precious; his children, Brianna Curtis-Dolby, Eriksen, Elwood Echtler, Asher Tobac and Caleb Burkhart; his brothers, Ken (Marti), Jeff (Barb) and Mark (Kelly); and his brother-in-law Richard Foltz (Karen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family.
