He was predeceased by: his parents, Judson Collins and June Stanley Collins; and his sister Vicky Lynn Collins. He is survived by: his wife Martha Mansfield; his son Jeff Collins (Jessica) of Franklin; his granddaughters, Rachel and Abby Collins; his brother Steve Collins of Oil City; and his sisters-in-law, Jane Thompson (Tom) of Fort Myers, FL and Catie Bouquin (Lou) of Fort Myers, FL.

Memorial donations may be made to the V.E.T.S. Honor Guard P.O. Box 137 Franklin, PA 16323.
