Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Helen Ann Wagner of Franklin, Pennsylvania, born in Rochester, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 70, on October 23, 2021. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Raymond and Edith Keith Kauffman; her adoptive parents, Charles Latchaw and Bessie Brandon; her brother William Raymond Kauffman, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Frank DeVault.

She is survived by : her husband Robert Walter Wagner of Franklin; her daughters, Michelle Renee Horton of Franklin and Holly Rae Chatley of Franklin; and her siblings, Mark Kauffman of Franklin and Donna DeVault of Franklin. She is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Helen's memory to Precious Paws Animal Rescue, 720 Atlantic Ave, Franklin, PA 16323 or Cochranton Veterinary Hospital, 33124 US 322, Cochranton, PA 16314.

“I was very sad to hear of Helen's passing. My sister & I got to know her when were were in our early teens. I have fond memories of those days. we all had a lot of fun together. Helen & I recently reconnected on Facebook & we got caught up some what, about our children , families etc. I send my deepest sympathy, love & prayers to the family. “Was sorry to hear about Helen, sorry for your loss. Our sympathy to the family. Helen was a second cousin to me, I believe. My sister and Father(Paul Collingwood) stayed with Aunt Bessi Latchaw and Helen for a while, when i was 15/16 yearsl young. She came up to Erie and spent a summer with us.
