He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil W. Keith and Jean B. Keith (Ritchey); and his stepbrother Raul Heasley. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Keith; his stepchildren, Shawn Bennett of Shamokin and Steph Bell of Australia; and his stepsiblings, Debra Reagle of Elon, Ohio, David Hall (Robin) of Franklin and Eugene Keith of California. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
