She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Witherup and Hazel Witherup (Davis); and her grandmother Vernie Davis. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Ralph (Kathleen) of Oil City and Heather McCornell (Lamar) of Euclid, OH; her grandchildren, Hanah Ralph of Franklin, Cadence of Oil City, London of Oil City, Isaiah Ralph of Oil City and Mar'Shaya McCornell of Euclid, OH; her great grandchildren, Mikey of Franklin, Kadence Ralph of Franklin and Ma'Reaya Singletary of Euclid, OH; her brother Richard Witherup (Deb) of North Carolina; and her niece Samantha Witherup of Oil City.
