He is survived by: his siblings, John Williams (Mary) of Pocatello, ID and Mary Alice Williams Rouse of Cleveland, OH; his children, Precious, Rae-Ann and Rhonda Lockhart; his nieces and nephews, Jason Covington (Lisa), Pudgy Tate and Shavone Simmons (Billy); and his close friend Cathy Harayda.
