He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John S. and Janice Klimchak, Jr. (Purvin); his spouse Erin Klimchak (Wick); his children, Sebastian and Morgan Klimchak; his sisters, Barbara Horton (Mike) and Rosemary Klimchak; and his nieces and nephews, Madelene and Michael Horton. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins and relatives.
