He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack B. Wiley and Evelyn B. McKinney Wiley. He is survived by: his wife Helen Wilson; his children, Leslie McConnell (Robert) of Fombell and Michael J. Wiley (Beth) of Ellwood City; his siblings, Evelyn Landman of Beaver Falls, Jean Gordon of Baltimore, MD, Robert Wiley (Nina) of New Castle, Richard Wiley (Patty) of Fombell and Ben Wiley (Wendy) of Ellwood City; and his grandchildren, Lisa Pflugh, Bradley McConnell, Heather Anderson, Adam Wiley and Crystal Burns. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
