He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wellner and Clarice Murdock Wellner; and his wife Barbara Ann Wellner. He is survived by: his children, Joseph B. Wellner, Jr. of Ft. Pierce, FL and Michelle Mrozek of New Castle; and his sisters, Maryann Kronitz of Wanamassa, NJ and Sylvia Wolfe of Streetsboro, OH. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
