He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Howard, Josephine Monks, Arthur and Lois Dunlap. He is survived by: his parents, Howard Monks and Karen Dunlap Monks; his sister Jennifer Potter (Joel) of Franklin; and his nephews, Jacob of Franklin and Jarett Potter of Franklin.
