She is survived by: her significant other Charles D. Birchard of Franklin; her children, Leroy W. Foreman of Franklin, Howard E. Carter (Michelle) of Hermitage, Murphy D. Sheffer of Franklin, Dr. Ruth Keri (Mickey) of Kirtland and Crystal Youkers (Scott) of Oil City; her siblings, Michael Pyle (Sue) of Franklin and Grace Umstead (Dale) of Butler, PA; her sister-in-law Carole "Lynn" Pyle of Franklin; her grandchildren, Matthew, Anna Keri, Howard, Robert and Dennis Carter; and her friend Kathy Harayda. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
