She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Richards and Florence Richards; her husband Bill Shouey; her brother Edward Richards; and her nephew Randall Richards.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Britt of Bellefonte and Ray Shouey (Laurie) of Franklin; her grandchildren, Zachary Hudy (Becki), Kristen Etchells (Robert), Betsey Foy (Jim), Rachael Shouey (Steve), Jered Shouey (Britt), Jordan Shouey (Alex), Javan Shouey and Ava Shouey (Landen); her sister-in-law Shirley Richards; and her niece Julie Dombroski (John). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
