She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Tarr and Karen Tarr (Manross); and her brother Blaine Tarr. She is survived by: her children, Jess Sweitzer, Luci Sweitzer and Andrew Munshower (Angel Sampson); her adoptive daughters, Kimberly Drakulic (Karl) and Anna Wonderling; her grandchildren, Hope Bolen (Jeremiah), John Munshower, Faith Munshower, Taylor Webb Jr., Jaxson Bennett, Breonna Lewis, Nicholas Lewis Jr., Kristina Munshower, Douglas Munshower and Ethan McFadden; her brothers, James Oakes and Jared Oakes (Jill); her sister-in-law DeeDee Tarr; and her stepmother Joyce Tarr. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
