She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Lockhart and Joyce E. Lockhart (Crisman); and her aunts and uncles, Ronald, Kenneth Crisman, Lois Ann Schaeffer, Thelma Dauson and Barbara Donahue.
She is survived by: her sister Leigh Anne; her pet Lacie; and her close friends, Jamie Ring and Marci Peterson. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Gardinier-Warren Funeral Home to defray funeral expenses.
