She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene'Gene'F. Lanza and Betty Jane Lanza (Powell); her brother Mark Lanza of Aliso Viejo, CA; and her godson Shane J. Rusnock. She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Douglas and Leah; her granddaughter Adelina Olympia; her brother Scott Lanza (Kathleen); and her cousin Johnny Cavalier. She is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
