She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sobczak and Martha C. Sobczak (Milnes); her husband Charles A. Truby; her son Frank W. Sparling; her sisters, Rose Marie Lutz (James), Frances Eileen Clyde (Ray) and Martha E. Sobczak; and her great grandchild Blair Vigil.
She is survived by: her children, Rose Bailey (Coy) of Belen, Cassandra Epstein (Jim) of Riverview, Fred Sparling (Dot Broge) of Jamestown, PA and Lara Ott (Brian) of Ellwood City, PA; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Sparling of McClean; her grandchildren, Leroy, Jason Hoak, Jada, Celeste, Michael, Jovannah, Chanelle Bailey, Donald, Daniel, Charles Harris, Angel Munson, Frank, Logan, Christopher Sparling, Scott Broge, Samantha Carrillo, Vanessa Pollio, Nicholas Ott, Eliza and Krysta Svihra; her friend Nira Main; and her caregivers, Karen, Marylou, Aletha, Jeanette, Norma, Maggie and Sierra. She is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
