Wagner of Franklin, Pennsylvania, born in Bradford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 6, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Edmonds and Eva Rice Edmonds; her sister Winifred Edmonds Cummings; and her husband Alton Wagner. She is survived by: her cousins, Verna Gage Carson, Max M. Gage (Barbara), Roger L. Gage, Ruth V. Clark and Eugene E. Martin (Jennie); her close friend Bessie Long; and her daughters, Vickie Lofgren (Mandy Millard) of Greenville, S. C. and Nakoma.
