It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael E. Hoover of Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Michael E. Hoover to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold L. Hoover and Rachel I. Hoover (Cummings); and his brother James Hoover. He is survived by : his brother Jeffrey J. Hoover (Denise); his niece Stephanie L. Hoover; and his nephew Shawn M. Hoover (Jennifer).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to The Caring Place at 103 North 13 th Street, Franklin, PA 16323.
